· Session 1 (levels 1-7 Ages 12u) 8:30 AM – 10:45 AM
· Session 2 Warm Up (levels 8+) 11:00 – 12:00 PM
· Session 2 (levels 8+) 12:00 – 3:15 PM
· Session 3 (levels 1-7 Ages 13+) 3:15 – 4:30 PM
· All Star Session 4:30 – 6:00 PM
· Clean Up & Tear Down 6:00 PM onward

Please use the USA Gymnastics meet reservations system to register your athletes. Then, make checks payable to NC T&T – USAG and send them to Nicholas Minney at 5460 Prospect Ct, Archdale NC 27263.

Cost: $110 Per Athlete
As a reminder, all NC athletes competing in NC throughout the year will need to pay an NC head tax of $25 / athlete. This must be completed before states for each team to compete. Teams are welcome to write their checks for registration and for the annual head tax as one check if they attach a note itemizing the amounts for each.

Public Parking will be $5 CASH ONLY for this event.

The Fairgrounds is a LARGE venue with multiple entrances and buildings. Please plan extra time to find the locations as not to be last for your session!

Spectator Tickets

Adults $15 per day (No tickets on Friday night)

Children $10 per day.

The Winston Salem Fairgrounds for and beverage services will be selling snacks and meals at the concessions stand throughout the event

Awards
-
At the conclusion of each competition session, awards will be held.

Team awards will be calculated EACH SESSION by combining each team’s top 3 scores together for a team “combined score.” These awards will be presented at the conclusion of sessions 2 and 3.

Like last year, live scores will be available online thanks to Ignite Gymnastics Scoring.​

Level Changes:

Any changes after registration close date are $10 change fee;

Changes the day of the event are $20 each.

Adult Athletes & Safe Sport
-
PLEASE make sure that your athletes who are 18 years or older have completed their safe sport training through USA Gymnastics. Completion of this course is a REQUIREMENT for them to be on the field of play at the event to compete.​
